2. Sample development and confirmation (3-5 days)

Proofing production

The designer team completes proofing according to demand (provides 1-2 free modifications), and simultaneously provides fabric color cards and auxiliary material lists.

Sample confirmation

The customer accepts the sample and signs the confirmation letter to lock the final production standard.

3. Production execution (14 days)

Material procurement and preparation

The supply chain team completes the procurement and quality inspection of fabrics and auxiliary materials within 48 hours to ensure that the raw materials meet environmental protection standards (supports GRS, OEKO-TEX and other certifications).

Intelligent production scheduling

The factory starts a flexible production line, allocates production capacity according to order priority, and synchronizes production progress to the Jinggonghui backend in real time.

Full-process quality control

5 major quality inspection nodes: cutting piece spot check, semi-finished product inspection, finished product full inspection, third-party spot check, and packaging final inspection to ensure that the yield rate is ≥99%.

4. Delivery and after-sales (3 days)

Logistics delivery

Finished product packaging is based on customer requirements (hanging/flat packaging + brand logo), supporting national and cross-border logistics (logistics providers can be specified).

Delivery cycle: 20 days on-time delivery (calculated from the date of sample confirmation).
